Photoshop World Asia Pacific 2007

I went for the above event on Friday, the 2nd of November... Stayed till the event ended...

I realised that there is so much to learn about photoshop. New softwares other den photoshop also caught my attention...

Things like Lightroom, Photoshop CS 3 Extended and some others...

It might be quite useful for me to get a tablet and use it for my work... Kinda expensive though... And furthermore, i cannot draw for nuts... So it might be a white elephant for me...

Was very sleepy during the event... Almost fell asleep alota times when it wasn't about photoshop and it was about some other stuff...

Well, I'm gonna practise on photoshop more... Since I realised it is quite fun... Wahahaha
Enough....

Losing sleep...

Went out with Amelia, Jess, Joe and Mad on sat... And there was an additional personnel called Chris who came along out of the blue...

Before meeting Joe, myself and Mad went to Amelia's place to play Wii. And apparently, DO NOT MESS WITH MAD... While playing boxing, she actually managed to KO the opponent by round 2 when most of us played till round 3 den we could win... I shot a little video clip of her playing boxing... Wahahahahaha... Shall use that as a token for self-defence...

The three of us went to AMK hub to get Amelia's "beng" shirt and we took a cab down to Sim Lim Square to meet Mad's friend... And I had my dinner at Albert Court's market... Had Mad's friend's father's duck rice for dinner...

We rushed over to Plaza Sing to meet Joe as she booked the tickets with her card... On the way there, we met an interestin fella...

That fella, made a comment about me... In which I felt amusing... He said, "If you don't wear your earring, you will look exactly like a man."

To Amelia, "If you cut away your sideburns, you will look like a man."

To Mad, "Wow, are you going for horse riding?"

To me and Amelia, "I envy you guys, you can choose to be man or woman, but me? Uncle can only be a man..."

To the last comment, I felt like kicking his balls.

We went out for a movie, watched Death at a Funeral, it was hilarious... With the shit part in the mouth and the fingers... And the uncle Elfie on the rooftop butt naked... But I think the sound effects of the show came mostly from me, Amelia and Joe... We cannot help but keep laughing lar....

After the movie, we waited for Jess to finish work... And we were sitting outside City Hall MRT taking photos...

We actually agreed not to smile... But apparently, I did not pay attention to what they were smiling about...

The 6 of us then went down to zouk. Amelia, Mad and myself made our way there in a cab... Didn't really like squeezing with someone in the car. Guess what... The cab was ACTUALLY FASTER than the private car. We crapped with the taxi driver... And he gave me a nickname... Sushi Wong... Now it's god damn stuck on me cos Amelia and Mad called me that almost the whole night through lar... And since we were WAITING, we went to snap some photos...

After Zouk, we stoned a little before ending up at ECP... We had breakfast at 6 am and we went on to the beach as we knew the sun was rising soon... Managed to get quite a few good shots of the sunrise...

It's chee cheong fun and yam cake... Not too bad... But eat too much can feel the starchiness in the food...

I went out for lunch at 1400hrs and I came back at 1420hrs... I am so amazed by my gobbling skills and walking skill... Wahahaha...

Jess woke me up this morning... That pig could not get to sleep after finishing her conversation with Amelia... And she happily woke me up... And guess what, she actually picked her phone up after only 2 missed calls... I'm amazed... I think it's cos she needs to work... Hahahahaha....

Well, Yoga was nice to me today... He went out for lunch first and got me a Coke light on his way back...

I can hear the thunder from here... It sounds like the sky is hungry for something... Been listening to it rumble quite long already... Guess we must all be ready for a heavy downpour?

I have a free orange too... It's staff welfare leh... So nice... Mrs Foo actually gave me quite a big orange... But I was grumbling that Johnson got 2 and I only had one... But I later realised that the other is for Yoga... Wahahahahaha... So funny... I malu-ed myself...

Amelia called to grumble about her boss... Well, I can only offer a listening ear... Can't really do much... And... Sometimes, bosses really think that they are really impartial... But in actual fact, everyone is biased whether they realise it or not...

If life was like a stream, I would want it to rumble once in awhile to be thankful that I'm still alive...

Cold Wednesday Morning

Brr.... Cold day...

On MC since Monday...

Tuesday was a boring day... It's sleeping day... I don't know what made me so god damn tired... I think I was only awake for 6 hours? Hahahahaha... Yesterday night, there were two people calling me... One was no other but Amelia and the other was Madeline... The sad thing is my phone is on meeting mode... Did not hear the phone ring at all... AND the best thing is I think Amelia is angry with me for not picking up the phone...

So, sorry Amelia... I was freaking tired... Next time I turn my phone up k?

I could hear my mom shouting for me... And I just practically ignored everyone... Den she happily tell people I wasn't home when she did not open my door to check... Champion... Sleep was really good but I think that somehow, my diabetes is on the high side again... Cos I am starting to comatose again in which it did not happen at all until recent... It is like 10 years ago when I was exactly the can hear but ignore kinda pattern...

I went to give tuition last night at 7... Den my student was damn cute... He like asked me the meaning of a word "improvident"... I gave him an answer that went like... "Hmm... that is interesting... I have no idea... Let's go find out together..." He replied... "Cher, actually I know... I test you only..." SO MALU LAR!

Crept back home around 9... Went straight into the arms of my pillow... Wahahahahaha... I'm helping Amelia to recuperate on her lack of sleep... Lolx... I think my mom seriously needs to get off her TV addiction... She was happily blasting it away lar... I fell asleep with my five mins routine and yeah was blasting music in my room as well... Cos her TV was irritating... Think I'm going to PMS soon... That's why I get damn irritated...

Which reminds me... I was a little fierce on the phone with Amelia as well... So, sorry again... I think I really am on the high side... So, no more green tea for me... Coke light or water liaoz...

Jessica woke me up in the morning... She told me to wake her up at 10am so she can play mahjong.... That girl is bonkers lor... Don't know what time she actually reached home last night...

Shirley messaged me! Wahahahahaha... Was damn happy this morning when I saw her message...

There are secondary 4 express students in my lab now... Cos they have a choice to either come to school or stay at home... I think most of them actually stayed at home...

I think I am still half awake... And I'm starting to find one of the students EXTREMELY noisy... She's talking and explaining out loud...

Tanglin Graduation Ceremony

Today is Tanglin Secondary's Graduation ceremony. Know what? I will be out of school at 1 and I gotta get my ass back to school by 7pm. We(IT Dept) have to prepare the cameras and everything for the big thing tonight.

I slept at 2am yest. Jess woke me up around 0530hrs cos she just reached home from chit chatting with Joe. She sounded EXTREMELY awake when she was talking to me... I think I was talking to chou chou(my bolster) when I was awake... I THINK I said something like "Bolster, I love you... You know? Let's get back to sleep..." Wahahahahaha.... I seriously don't know what happened... I think I am deprived of sleep... No oxygen to the brain and it makes you go bonkers.

I'm gonna post some photos that I've taken last night... I had dinner with Jia Ying and Amanda... They're my students in case you are wondering who they are... I headed down to Clementi to meet Amelia after that to proceed to Bugis to meet Jess, Joe and Mad... Me and Amelia were quited pissed off when we realised that the girls went to walk around when they ass emm assed us that they were in Sakae.... And landed up guess what? We reached there and got THEM a table before they reached... They travelled from geylang to bugis and we travelled from clementi to bugis... SO it should be they reach first lor!

Jessica, if you are reading this, you are so god damn hard to wake you know?!

Will be out of school at 1300hrs... Got to go to Ngee Ann Polytechnic for prize awards... Ipod Nano Design...

After that, I will really think I need to DRAG myself back... I know I am repeating... I need an outlet to vent my fustrations! ARGH!

Shirley messaged me last night... Apparently, starhub has promotion with motorola v6xx leh... I forgot which price she told me... But all I can remember was that the price was below 10 dollars... I have a feeling it's a scam! Wahahahaha...

Lessons with 2E2 was kind of interesting... I was chasing Samantha around the lab trying to take her photo but she refused to let me take any... So I took photos of the whole class instead...

The kiddos from 2E1 were commenting that I'm a lame teacher... I don't deny the lameness in me... I'm a blessed kid who can crack lame jokes! I am too tired to actually carry on.. This was saved as a draft... No time to repost it till now... it's 7.48am on the 4th of October 2007...

I want to continue sleeping... I am freaking tired... I want to go into hybernation... This is so much more entertaining than teaching... I have limitless possibilities to dream... Hahahaha...

I feel like I am in primary school going through english lesson. Does the dots make it harder to read? Hmmm... Sammie you are not that old you know? Cannot complain alright?

I have a feeling that I will forget how Amelia look like real soon... Hahahahaha... So long never see her... More than 24 hrs liaoz... So emo now... I miss ALLY. I got a new phone. The Sony Ericsson K810i. Kinda nice... Students commented that it looked ugly.... I'm so sad. 2E1 was kinda irritated with me today... Reason being I talked like a spas... That's good. I will strive to irritate the hell out of all my students.

This morning, Amelia said she would call me to wake me up. BUT... Only Jessica called me to wake up... I think this will be one of the most amazing things cos she actually CAN wake ppl up before she falls asleep.

Jessica kept talking to me... Lucky for her, I am not like her who will reject phone calls when sleeping... Hahahaha... I'm easy to irritate to get me out of bed... I can always go back to sleep after the phone call! Hehehehehe....

Had a cheesy grin throughout since stepping into classes since this morning... I think it's because I have the Amelia infection.... I was grinning with my teeth...
